DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! !!! They are a scam!!! Read your contract in full!! They put things in the contract to over charge you, I have had my car since May 2022 my car note i !!! They are a scam!!! They put things in the contract to over charge you, I have had my car since May 2022 my car note is due every 2 weeks, I have been 1 week late on my car note 1 time in over a year. I was 1 week late on my insurance with them which is $60 and they towed my vehicle over a 1 week late $60 payment. When I called to get my vehicle which was only towed for less then 10 hours they advised me that it is there policy to charge future payments on top of whatever is owed in order to get my vehicle back. I currently owed $217 for my car note and $60 for insurance, I was advised I would have to pay $900 In order to get my car back. They claim I now owed the $277 on top of a future car payment that isn’t due until next week of $217 and 2 future insurance payments of $120 and a tow fee for having the car for 10 hours of $250. All they can say is this is the policy, THEY ARE A SCAM, I paid the money and now they are still holding my vehicle and told me to wait or I should have made my payments on time when I have made my payments on time for over 1 year I have only been late 1 time!!! They are not accredited by the BBB!! When I first purchased the vehicle 4 days later they were looking for another payment after paying $1000, at that time I left 2 reviews that they have since deleted, I’m sure they will delete this review next. They are extremely rude and their manager was very unprofessional he was cussing me out telling me I can come up to the job to fight if I have a problem or I can give my vehicle back and they will keep all my money. They force you to leave these 4 star reviews before you can leave the building with your vehicle, these reviews are fake they are people that haven’t even driven off with a car yet!!! CNAC & JD Byrider are a scam run far away!! They don’t appreciate their customers so your research about this company they are being sued and have a lot of shady business going on they are bad business!! Do not buy your car from here you will regret it! More
