I will not buy another car from jd by rider period bought a Chrysler 200 had problems took it back they fixed it.ok now my water pump and alternator and battery went out they replaced it two weeks ago now my a Chrysler 200 had problems took it back they fixed it.ok now my water pump and alternator and battery went out they replaced it two weeks ago now my battery light is on and my motor light is on she tells me maybe it's a dead cell ok so yall didn't put in a new battery I wonder is the water pump new along with the alternator. now had to get a jump off smh.never again I'll deal with jd by rider period the interest is higher than my payment they just give out a receipt when u pay your bill no balance on it war so ever so I ask for my payment ledger letting my lawyer look over it Thursday when I go see him.they just like tittle max never again ill deal with JD BYRIDER never again More

If I could give NO STARS, I would! My experience has been terrible. I’m very dissatisfied with Byrider. There has been nothing but problems with my car since the day I got it. I should have went someplace else I thought I was buying a good car for me and my kids. I work two jobs and I NEED a working vehicle, what I got was a straight up lemon. The transmission has been replaced (so they say) and I still have to take it into JD Byrider every other day because the check engine light comes on because when I drive it, the transmission will not shift gears, causing the engine to rev up to 4500 to 5000 rpm just to get to 55 mph. More
