The company itself doesn't keep their word as far as policies that it established. The car salesmen are incompetent to what they should be doing like filing paperwork and taking accurate tecords. I really hope no decide to buy from this company it will be the worst desision of their lives. Terrible and I mean terrible company. More

J. D. Byrider is not a customer service friendly company, the vehicle's are over-priced for the quality of shape they are in. They are not considerate of customers needs, and life difficulties. I would not recommend them to anyone who is lookig for a quality used vehicle. Although they did come through when we needed them. They have not shown us the customer service that we experienced when we first walked in the door. More
