6 months after my purchaseg I purchased my car back in June and everything went great now we are six months down the line and I made and appointment for an oil change 1month afte I purchased my car back in June and everything went great now we are six months down the line and I made and appointment for an oil change 1month after I recieved my car because the oil change light came on and they gave me a appointment for following month which I though was odd but ok then my check engine light came on called to schedule an appointment that was a month out during the month of waiting my car has cut off on me 3times in the middle of traffic I had to get a jump twice and the day of the first appointment my car wouldn’t even start the man told me to do my best to get it there then when I do come he tell me that he can’t see my car I’ll have to leave it there for a couple days and he’ll “TRY” to look into it I asked can I just set up an appointment because I need to make arrangements if it’s going to take that long he said yes when I came to make my payment one Friday I asked him can he just look at it because I don’t know if it’s going to last until the appointment he said he couldn’t. I was really pissed then they called CNAC and said I haven’t been keeping up with the Maintenance and I explained everything to the manager and she told me to take the car up there and I did I paid my deductible for something that I told him wasn’t even the problem he put a battery in and my car is still doing the same thing ... moral of the story they have a sorry service team, poor communication skills and long waits to ensure stability of your vehicle. I hate I brought a car from them More
