Ran my credit without my knowledge I was there a few months back. I stopped there first because I was referred by a family member. I had set up an appointment and was ready to find a ne I was there a few months back. I stopped there first because I was referred by a family member. I had set up an appointment and was ready to find a new car. I met Rebecca who was rude and ignored me. She had me first fill out a packet of paperwork which she then took into the manager. At that point, I had not even been shown a car. I did mention to Rebecca that I am looking for a car today and may not actually "pull the trigger" on it immediately. When she came back, she told me that I should stop in when I am planning on getting a car the same day. I confronted her about them running my credit and she said that was policy and that they don't show you cars until the paperwork is filled out and credit is ran. The cars are priced at over double the KBB on them. RIP OFF and SCAMMERS! More
