Professional and personal Ok, I seriously don't leave reviews but I won't be quiet on this one. I got up this morning to take my husband to work in a friends ride we have been Ok, I seriously don't leave reviews but I won't be quiet on this one. I got up this morning to take my husband to work in a friends ride we have been borrowing because our ride broke down and we can't get it fixed so we were in desperate need of a vehicle . I started at 8:00 this morning with car lot after car lot. Sales people trying to over charge, not willing to work with me at all. By 2:00 I was fed up, stressed and feeling hopeless. J.D. Byrider popped in my head and I thought, ugh, I'll just call and explIn what we can and can't do and are they able to help. OMG!! That was the best call I made. Mr. Anthony ( the sales manager ) was so great, he explained how they worked and what they could do and it gave me hope. So a wonderful lady by the name of Jessica helped us out and two other lovely ladies that handle the financing. They were so awesome, they were like dealing with family and they really cared about our situation and worked with us on it and got us in a great ride! Thank you guys so much. I HIGHLY recommend J.D. Byrider! More
