Overpriced, but trapped I haven’t had any trouble with the service or repair center. My Sales Rep was friendly and helpful. The CNAC rep I worked with was wonderful and explained everything well. The low priced oil changes are great. My only issue is this. After being in an accident in my JDBYRIDER car, my first ever, I was already stuck. After getting the claim settled, JDBYRIDER told me, I could either go somewhere else, but I would be expected to pay the difference on my car that the insurance didn’t cover, if not it would be marked as a repossession on my credit. But if I stayed with them, they would pay off my old car, and put me in something new. So I don’t have much of a choice, as a younge adult already struggling, there was no way I could afford 2 car payments, or risk the bad mark on my already almost nonexistent credit. So I came back. Found a car, only to found out it is severely overpriced, nearly double the Kelly Blue Book value for the year make and model. My payments are more than my previous, despite my new car being older and having more mileage than my previous vehicle here at JDBYRIDER. But again, I don’t have a choice. I feel trapped and blackmailed I to staying with a dealership that takes advantage of my bad credit. I would not recommend JDBYRIDER to my worst enemy. More
