I had a very good experience with the service department at J.D. Ryder car dealership. The service receptionist was very kind and gave great customer service when we checked out and signed documents. The Service Manager Mr. Salazar was phenomenal and most professional he helped me profoundly upon addressing my concerns for my vehicle. Recently My son and I purchasing a vehicle from J.D.Ryder the brakes were extremely squeaky upon stopping the vehicle. So I called the service department left a voicemail message and the service department responded quickly. Mr.Salazar the Service Manager was very diligent at customer service he took my son and I on a test drive In the vehicle to personally check our concerns about the brakes on our vehicle. Mr Salazar took the standard of customer services to an optimum level of quality. After the test drive Mr.Salazar pulled the vehicle into the service area removed all four tires off my vehicle, then personally showed me the brakes on my car and informed me by pointing at brakes pad which was evidence that the status of my brake were good .Upon showing me brake pad assured me that I am safe while driving my vehicle. I am very grateful to have the experience of reassurance with any mechanical issues with my vehicle and that Mr.Salazar showed their due diligence in service. I’ve never had an experience like this before I will definitely refer friends and family to J.D. Ryder Service Department . I will always be a customer at the service department dealership.
