xxxx jd byrider the one in bridgeview sold me van second day check engine light came on. Then $1300 worth of work in 5 months of have the van so had pay triple price for the value of the van. $700 loan and day check engine light came on. Told van was fixed but would start up after turning key for 4 months had this problem was told it was fixed but wasn't . Every time it get cold would not start had me and my daughter on the side of the highway for 6 hours waiting to be picked up in 10 degree weather she got cov.19 after that I lost my job cause the van wasn't reliable. Be aware!! This place is awesome with all the bells and whistles until you sign the contract then you're treated much different. The customer service is awful. Theyre taking advantage of people that are already financially unbalanced by charging insane interest rates on high mileage cars with very basic repair warranties. My most recent visit was for 5 things and 1 was the transmission and of course nothing was covered. I basically paid a $50 deductible for transmission fluid and when I arrived to pick my vehicle up, my tire was on a flat and the service center had closed. Just please do your research as I should have. More
