For starters, I was recommended by my aunt to purchase from Byrider. However, upon telling them this several times, they still refused to give her the $250 referral bonus. Second, I have an issue with my from Byrider. However, upon telling them this several times, they still refused to give her the $250 referral bonus. Second, I have an issue with my transmission. Which is supposedly covered under my warranty. Dropped the car off, was called the next day and told nothing was wrong with it. How’s that possible when I have the pictures of the codes. I also gave gps on my car, so I can see their “test drive”. Which was a whole 6 minute drive….. was told, “must’ve been a rare anomaly. Shouldn’t happen again” Car is now sitting in my driveway, until I can afford to take it elsewhere and I’m still responsible for payments, even though I can’t drive it. It’s making a new sound as well. So that’s cool. More
