It is what it is ...a place where people that can barely make ends meet already can get a car, and pay out the nose for something that is only worth a fraction of what ...a place where people that can barely make ends meet already can get a car, and pay out the nose for something that is only worth a fraction of what they are asking. The service employees (the ones that actually do the work for them NOW) are awesome!! They take the time to let you know what is going on with your vehicle, and the pricing can't be beat anywhere else. However, the person at the desk in service (keyboard jockey, it seems) is rude, dry, and not customer friendly at all. Hands you documents that have quote information on them, consisting of a general front page requiring a signature and another page that has lines for the customer's initials. When I point out to him that what he is telling me isn't what is shown on the pages I initialed, he tells me that "I didn't ask you to initial them, did I?". Even though the front page that he requested that I sign even SAYS ON IT, THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE FOLLOWING PAGES. Even my sales person made mention of the lack of customer service that is being given by this person. More
