I had made some very stupid decisions in my younger years and destroyed my credit. My score was about as low as it gets. I went to other places that wanted a thousand or more down and a cosigner for a ridiculously high car payment I would have been paying for 5 or 6 years. this place is awesome! they made it clear from the start that they won't sell you a car you can't afford and Lindsey never once made me feel inferior for having bad credit. everyone there seems like they've been in the same type of situation and like they really understand sometimes bad stuff happens and sometimes we just make stupid mistakes. Lindsey was very down to earth, not judgmental at all and a blast to work with. she took the time to explain everything and was really patient when she answered my questions (even though she was busy) and didn't make me feel like an idiot. they help you build your credit and take the time to explain how it all works. this place is helping me build my credit and the warranty is awesome! it's a 3 year warranty for all the major stuff! has saved me a ton of money. they are completely different from any other place. No creepy sales people waiting to pressure you into something you don't want, everyone there was great and it moved very smoothly. This is the only place I've bought from that was nice to me after I left the lot lol I love that the sales department, the finance company and the service department are all at the same place. keeps things do much simpler if something goes wrong. since I bought, Lindsey has called about once a month to see how everything is going, which is a nice touch. never had anyone call me past the first week after I bought a car. . and I've earned quite a bit of cash for referring friends too. they pay $200 cash for referrals if you have a car with them and $150 even if you don't, which is pretty sweet. I'm a single mom who had crappy credit, but a good job. there it's based on your income instead of your credit and it's like a second chance. now I have a car that's the nicest car I've ever owned. For the few issues I've had with the car, the service dept has gone above and beyond to help me get it fixed fast and i never paid a dime. if you've got a good paying job but have credit issues, they can help you too! I seriously couldn't be happier with my experience. oh, and Jeff, Jason and Pete are awesome too! Jeff is the one who did all my budget stuff and never made me feel bad like other places did. he gave me hope that I can fix my credit and really get back on track. Jason is the finance manager who went out of his way to work with me when I had a rough patch, and Pete is the GM, and has always been very friendly and involved, not shut away in an office. the service guys seem a little gruff and rough around the edges, but they are really good guys that have bent over backwards to help me and other people I know as well that have bought over the years. Mike, the service manager, has really done a lot to help me out even when I was in a terrible mood after having teeth pulled. give them a shot if you're like me and haven't been able to get help anywhere else! if you go up there, ask for Lindsey! She's awesome! More
