Service Department Out of the entire should the service department has the best customer service and are extremely nice. However, my car has been there three times in the three month I have had it for the heat not working. Picked it up yesterday and still not working. It’s hard to justify paying this much for a car with heat that doesn’t work properly and to not be very upset. Especially in winter and with little kids. If they would actually address the issue and fix it I would love the service department. More
