This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. The car I bought had problems from the very beginning, and their sales rep told me I am stuck with it when I called after 2 weeks. Linda from accounting was very rude, and was taking everything I said personally, I told her twice I am dealing with her as a representative of Byrider not as an individual, then she told me "let's take this outside", when I asked her if she is threatening me? she stuttered and kicked out of her office, such a shame for a company like this to hire someone with such vulgar personality. Save your money, never make a decision out of desperation they will screw you over. More

For the very first time , I applied at ByRyder . Won’t do it again . They Say they get you in a car , but what they do t tell you is , they try to put you in a car that THEY want to put you in .
