My experience with Darryl Smith has always been very positive. He is professional and knowledgeable. I trust his judgement and know when I leave my car with him the job will be done correctly. I made a scheduled appoint for the Ford "Works Package" and a down load of the computer for any codes. Chase Roble did an excellent job of getting my vehicle completed and I was out the door in a Package" and a down load of the computer for any codes. As a Director of Customer Service for my employer I appreciate good talent and a genune care of customers. I will return to JC Lewis Ford in the future for service work and there could be a "New" 2015 Mustang on the horizon from sales standpoint. More

I have a 2010 Ford Edge and I have always brought my vehicle in for services at J.C. Ford service center. The service is great especially Chase, he is my service guy who always takes care of me when I c vehicle in for services at J.C. Ford service center. J. C. Lewis Ford Collision Center offered me a great service when my car had to go into the shop. I got backed into in a parking lot and I needed to get my car fixed right away, and the folks there did service when my car had to go into the shop. Service center has always been great. Very friendly and always gets the oil changed in a very reasonable amount of time. I made an appointment with the Service Department for my first-ever service call for my new Ford C-Max; when I arrived at the appointed time, the staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. I even ran into m first-ever service call for my new Ford C-Max; when I arrived at the appointed time, the staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. I even ran into my Salesman, David McCalla, who was also very friendly--even fixed a problem I was having with my personal I-Pad while I was waiting for my service to be completed. The waiting room provided to me while my service work was being performed was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The service work was performed within the time estimated by the very nice lady who handled my appointment. The entire service experience was positive, prompt, comfortable and well organized at a price I thought was very reasonable. And, I love our new C-Max!! Stan Thornton More
My son was getting ready to from college to come home for Thanksgiving. When he went to get his tail light fixed at the local Ford dealership he found out his trunk latch was broken so the tail light could Thanksgiving. When he went to get his tail light fixed at the local Ford dealership he found out his trunk latch was broken so the tail light could not be replace without fixing the trunk, too. He did not have the time or money to get the work done. When he arrived home, I called J.C. Lewis Ford and spoke with Mr. Barry Drummond in the service department. I provided Barry with the part number for the needed latch and he let me know it was indeed available. We scheduled to get the car in on Friday. Barry was kind enough to wave the diagnostic fee since we had already had the problem diagnosed and on top of that, was able to give us at 10% discount (in the spirit of Thanksgiving)! I greatly appreciated Mr. Drummonds care and concern for our situation (a very expensive bulb change). He went out of his way to take great care of us and our vehicle. There is so much to be said for nice, friendly service! Thank you so very much, Mr. Drummond! More
