F-150 warranty service I brought my 2012 F-150 in for service. Don Johnson was the service rep that took care of the service for me. He seemed very knowledgeable and eager to get the work done quickly for me. JC Lewis' shuttle service dropped me off at my office. After repairing the issue, checkout was simple and easy. Everyone in the service and parts departments were friendly and very interested in ensuring my truck was properly and quickly serviced. All in all, a great experience. More

extremely disappointed I had high hopes for working with J.C.Lewis Ford because my sales rep was very helpful, and I had heard great things about the Fiesta I was purchasing I had high hopes for working with J.C.Lewis Ford because my sales rep was very helpful, and I had heard great things about the Fiesta I was purchasing. However, it's been a horrible experience since the day I bought my car. In less than one year, my brand new 2013 automatic Fiesta has had to have the clutch system replaced twice! Furthermore, when I brought the car in recently for the third time with the same issue, the General Manager claimed (repeatedly) that there was no record of the second time I had the clutch system replaced. Yet when I asked a service center employee to check the system the next day, the information was readily available, clearly stating the work that had been done. This is not the first time I have gotten mixed messages from the J.C. Lewis staff, as I was told by a service representative the second time I brought the car in that my car was an anomaly and that the problem was new, but a few days later when I called to ask when my car would be ready, I was told that there were 2 other Fiestas ahead of me in line to have the clutch replaced (for the same issue as mine). While I'm hopeful that the problem is now fixed, I have felt completely unsupported by J.C. Lewis Ford. Although it is more inconvenient, I will be looking for a different dealership to assist me with future repair work. More

Frustrated I had an appt,which I was told would take 2 to 3hours. I asked for a rental car and was told it wouldn't be long so I waited around. I finally got som I had an appt,which I was told would take 2 to 3hours. I asked for a rental car and was told it wouldn't be long so I waited around. I finally got someone to pick me up around 12.i called back about 130 and was told my car wouldn't be ready until about 5. I went back to jc Lewis then I was told they just opens the box my part was in and it was damaged. So now I'm waiting on another part to come. I think it would of made sence to check the part befor even starting on my car. More

I was charged $4+ for parts for an air filter change when I supplied the air filter. What other parts are there? Do they automatically replace fasters and screws? Seems like a way to bleed $4 extra out of the customers. Second, the old filter was not returned...not a biggie but this used to be normal. Next: A panel beneath the glove box seems to have come loose during the change and it was not fixed. When I lived in Michigan, my dealer there ran the car through a quick was after EVERY service. Not the case here. The atmosphere at the dealership has a retro feel. Things do not feel or look organized, and the dealership looks like its last facelift was 25+ years ago,. I will return, but only because the next closest dealer is very inconvenient. Maybe that is why JC Lewis feels no need to change things. More

Lewis for over 8 years now and words cannot express their commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Their sales and service are so good that I drive the 40+ miles to go to J.C. Lewis instead of the Ford Dealership in my own town. I called on a Monday and they got both of my vehicles in on Wednesday. My wife and I arrived at the Service Department at 8 am, were promptly greeted, vehicles handed over and then walked across the street for breakfast at the Waffle House. By the time we returned from breakfast, both vehicles were ready to go! More
