Shoddy work My F150's compressor was replaced in July 2014 due to a ball bearing gone bad on the outside housing. Had to come back in August 2014 for a recharge b My F150's compressor was replaced in July 2014 due to a ball bearing gone bad on the outside housing. Had to come back in August 2014 for a recharge because an o-ring wasn't installed properly when the compressor was replaced. Had to come back again in March 2015 for a whole new compressor. JC Lewis covered the costs of the 2 follow-up visits. However for this last visit their customer service was awful. I made an appointment but when I arrived, the tech was nowhere to be found. Very little communication from the staff. They had my truck for 5 days to repair it with no compensation ... After 2 days they offered a "discounted" car rental rate of $30/day. When my truck was finally ready it took 3 calls and almost 2 hours for the courtesy driver to pick me up. Then when I arrived to pick up my truck, again my service rep was not available. I'm seriously considering going across state lines to the next closet Ford dealership if the truck needs work again. More

Swift Action to my issue I am a very busy man with an excruciating schedule. My wipers would not shut completely off but rather stayed in delay mode. Met with Barry Drummond, very professional and polite. While waiting for the repair to be completed I had to opportunity to visit with my salesman from two years ago when I purchased my truck, Steve Hewitt and David Jung. They were very gracious to take time from their busy day to catch up and say hello. All in all GREAT experience, GREAT dealership. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with J C Lewis. More

Top shelf customer service! Had an immediate service issue and stopped by service department at 4pm. Was not expecting to be able to get it corrected immediately. T.C. stopped what he was doing, diagnosed the problem, completed the work and had me out in an hour. Never once did I get the impression that I was putting him out or keeping him from trying to get his work completed by days end. He is a true professional. What a great experience! FS More
