Service Repair Based off my most recent visit it was not so pleasent, scheduled an appointment to get my vehicle looked at and after waiting for over an hour, the cu Based off my most recent visit it was not so pleasent, scheduled an appointment to get my vehicle looked at and after waiting for over an hour, the customer rep comes out to the waiting room and tells me that a mechanic is finishing up another job and than will take a look at my truck. The whole purpose of me scheduling an appointment the week prior was so that I would not run into the problem that I did that day. I was very fustrated and upset for the time that they had wasted of mines for a mechanic just to take a look at my truck and the service manager tells me that oil changes have priority over a service repair but, I made an appointment and told the guy over the phone that I was bringing my vehicle in to be looked at for a repair. The service manager could not give me an explanation why everything was handled the way that it was that day but, I was truly disappointed in the way that I was treated and lack of communication from the service dept to the customer. More
Painless & Quick Service My last car was a Lexus and the trips to the Lexus Dealership were so expensive that I felt robbed every time I left. My service to JC Lewis has been My last car was a Lexus and the trips to the Lexus Dealership were so expensive that I felt robbed every time I left. My service to JC Lewis has been much more reasonable, quick and painless. They provide shuttle service if you need it back to home or office. For more extended visits, they have arranged a loaner for me. I am very pleased thus far with JC Lewis Ford service. BTW, I like my Ford Edge more than the Lexus RX 350 I drove. Same gas mileage but the Ford has lots more features! More

They took our car back at the scheduled time and within an hour it was ready. The service manager detailed and explained thoroughly what occurred and what was done to correct the issue. We were very pleased with the visit and will return soon for our vehicle maintenance. More

Honest, Reliable Dealership with Awesome Staff I have owned my 2014 Ford Explorer for almost a year now. I purchased it new from this dealership and could not be happier with my experience at J. C. I have owned my 2014 Ford Explorer for almost a year now. I purchased it new from this dealership and could not be happier with my experience at J. C. Lewis. I don't think you will find a more willing staff to assist with your new purchase. My last visit was this week for just an oil change, I made my appointment online and when I arrived they were waiting to service my vehicle. In no time at all I was done and on my way. The staff is always friendly and bend over backwards to make sure your visit was handled in a professional way and that you were 100% satisfied with the service you received. Five stars to J. C. My first visit This was my first service since purchase. It was quick and I was able to get to work in a timely manner. He was extremely patient and answered my questions, while demonstrating how to do things. He was terrific! He volunteered to answer more and since I did forget a question, I've called back. More

We always br My husband and I have been customers at JCLewis Ford for over 10 years now, having bought four vehicles since 2004 (from Peter Hershey.) We always bring our Fords to JCLewis for regular oil changes and upkeep/maintenance. Recently, my Mustang had a couple of power problems; the driver’s power seat and the door handle. Still under warranty, so everything was taken care of without cost to me; however, it’s naturally an inconvenience to have to be without your car for a few days, AND YET! – at JCLewis, everything is always dealt with in such an A+ professional manner. SPECIAL THANKS TO DON JOHNSON!! He was such a pleasure to work with. I enjoy dealing with JCLewis Ford and all the team members there. I am glad there is an Enterprise rental on premises that just made everything so much quicker and easier, and I really like the new refurbishment in the service section – much more comfortable area for both the employees and the customers! (1) The Service Dept lady scheduled me that day at 2:30. When I arrived they could not find where this appointment was made but took me in anyway. (2) I told the Service dept lady on the phone and read it to her that I just got this email special for "Receive your 1st lube, oil and filter change for $36.95 which includes a Tire Rotation!* Complimentary 5,000 mile Multi Point Vehicle Inspection! All Done While You Wait! I told her I wanted it all done. I told and showed the service guy after arriving my printed email offer and said I want this all done. (3) Truck was delivered back to service desk with oil and filter change, Complimentary 5,000 mile Multi Point Vehicle Inspection done only. The Service guy said they did not do the rotation and wanted to know if I still want it done. Question? Why would I present a special letter offer and not take ever thing that it had offered. I told him yes and he was sorry that it did not get done but had to wait longer to get this accomplished. Over all somehow there were some communication issues... But all was taken care of. More
