I was very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was at my wit's end to get a car because my other one had literally died on me. The financial manager, Bill James, found me a better deal than I had planned when I went into the dealership to sign off on the paperwork. Bought a brand new 2010 Mustang GT and took it back a week later for a courtesy detailing. This is when it all went downhill. My wife took it in to the dealership planning to wait on it. 7 hours later week later for a courtesy detailing. This is when it all went downhill. My wife took it in to the dealership planning to wait on it. 7 hours later they realized she was in the showroom waiting for it and it still was not done. The reason? They somehow applied a wax that chemically seperated(according to JC Lewis)The wax left a really bad gummy texture and was hazy. They kept it overnight stating they would have to strip the car all the way down. They following afternoon I was called stating it was ready. Being so cloudy this time of year it was hard to notice, but once the sun shined on the paint the scratches and swirls really showed. They have completely destroyed the paint job. They got into the clearcoat with their buffers and have caused scratches and swirls all over the entire car. The car is black so it looks aweful in the sunlight. JC Lewis uses a third party company to detail their vehicles, so now I have been told by their GM to bring it back to their body shop, "to see if their is anything they can do". What started as a great experience, has turned aweful and it sickens me to look in the driveway at my new stang complete with scratches and swirls that JC Lewis Ford has caused. I'll update if JC Lewis is able and willing to repair the damage, but until then I recommend everyone go somewhere else. More

Descriptions to consider: low pressure; positive attitude; enthusiasm; great follow-up; appreciative. As for service, Kip and Dan are other reasons we come back to JC Lewis. They excel beyond expectations leading to further confidence and trust. I appreciate little things: protecting the seats and carpet with covers during service; car not covered with hand prints after service; no messes around the oil fill, or valve covers; etc. Take home message: Buy and Service at JC Lewis Ford. This is the second new car that we have purchased in the last 6 months from JC Lewis Ford. Customer service at JC Lewis is fantastic, as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and assisted. James Barr always answered all of our questions or found someone who could. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, David and James made some calls and had it there the next day, not even 24hrs later. When my car arrived, it was a saturday and James was off, he came in to make sure I was taken care of and that the vehicle was everything I wanted, I don't know many people that would do that. They are all friendly and remember their customers months later. Jason was helpful in getting us a rate that we felt we could work with, he explained our options and was patient with our decision. If our experience the first time buying a car here was not superb we would not have come back to buy a second vehicle. First dealership I have ever been in where no fighting or bickering was a part of the negotiation. Everyone seemed to truely enjoy working their and it really showed great customer relations and I felt like I just meet two friends for life. I was not a ford man however I can honestly say now I am. James and David reflect great sales approach towards customers and truely care. I am going to recommend JCLewis to all, and I already have discussed my experience with many people. Our experience at JC Lewis Ford was very positive. The staff was friendly and helpful. Tom Arnold's easy-going personality made test-drives a joy. A casual approach, low-keyed approach is exactly what this consumer is looking for. If the sales staff had engaged in high-pressure tactics, I would have been out the door immediately. Bill James, financial services manager, even managed to remove alot of the "hurt" that goes along with actually paying for the vehicle. We have had our new Edge for just two days but we are certainly pleased with the product at this point. I am hopeful that the people in the Service Dept. will be as positive and forthright as the Sales Dept. I will recommend the JC Lewis Ford dealership to friends. Terry Kelly More
