I started looking seriously for a new vehicle in March 2013. The buying process at this location was made very easy by the General Manager. He bent over backwards to try to find me the truck I needed with 2013. The buying process at this location was made very easy by the General Manager. He bent over backwards to try to find me the truck I needed with the options required. After an area search came up empty, we were able to order a factory-direct truck with all the things I needed and the things I did not require. While this process ended up costing me a little more in time and money, it was a fair trade-off to get the product I wanted. The end result was I purchased a beautifully outfitted truck that will meet my needs both now and in the future. The delivery of the vehicle was handled almost flawlessly. It had the spray bed liner installed and the tonneau cover in place, The vehicle was ultra clean and detailed. The sales rep did a great (and patient) job of going over all the trucks features for us. All in all, it was a pretty seamless process. More
I had found a used CRV posted on the internet and had phone conversations with one of the used salespeople. I had very specific questions that I needed answered to warrant driving 4 hours to test drive phone conversations with one of the used salespeople. I had very specific questions that I needed answered to warrant driving 4 hours to test drive and to purchase the vehicle. Upon arriving to view the car, we found the car had been misrepresented to us on the phone. i specifically had asked whether it was a smokers car, and told it was not. When we got into the vehicle the stench was overwhelming. The car had not been cleaned and there were tears in the leather that they had not taken pictures of and not posted. Since we had come so far I took it to have it inspected and was told the car needed over 1500 dollars of repairs and even then the mechanic said he would still not be very impressed with the car. His advice was to pass. Very disappointing that someone would lie to you and have you come that far. The price of gas and another 4 hours home it was a very long day for nothing. Clearly, this sales person lacks moral character. More
The estimate for my trade in was so off base that it didn't even rate a counter offer. We are talking a 1/3 of the known value of the vehicle. We were assured that there was a much larger selection of a particular vehicle at their other lot. Upon arrival we found 2 cars. Both cars were loaded and way over what the sales person knew we were interested. We were reffered to a different vehicle, a downgrade, which we liked. The trade in value and the financing package were insults to a normal persons intelligence. This could explain the lack of any customers at the dealership for the entire 2 hours we were there. I had to demand my keys for my car. Twice. The second time they knew I was serious. Time to move on. More

I was in a real pickle when my Expedition started giving me a hassle. When i pulled into the service drive i was immediatly greated Chase Roble. Instantly i felt at home, and thought "this guy knows his stu me a hassle. When i pulled into the service drive i was immediatly greated Chase Roble. Instantly i felt at home, and thought "this guy knows his stuff" There was some what of a wait, granted the problem i had was somewhat considered a big deal. All in all the situation was handled accordingly, and promptly by Mr. Roble. When the service was complete, i was asked if the service was to my satisfaction, and if there was anything else they could do for me by Calvin Turner, and Chase. I was most satifisfied and from that day forward im a customer for life of JC Lewis Ford, and their service team. Ford for life! More

I was ready to walk out the first 5 minutes after meeting the sales manager. His flippant comment when I pointed out there was no law that said I had to pay the document fee invoked a response from him that the sales manager. This was however the truck my husband wanted, a Toyota Tacoma which needed a couple small things done to it. We wrote out the check for the entire amount of the truck fully expecting that the work would be completed by the following Monday as was promised. (This was Friday night 12/9). On Monday my husband was told the truck would be ready on Friday (12/16). When he called Thursday he was told the part had not even been ordered and no one know when it would be ready. The reason for the delay he was told was because of the Tsunami, 2 years ago. They certainly didn't have a problem putting the check into clear. It's a shame they can't move that fast for their customers. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. More
