I was in a real pickle when my Expedition started giving me a hassle. When i pulled into the service drive i was immediatly greated Chase Roble. All in all the situation was handled accordingly, and promptly by Mr. Roble. When the service was complete, i was asked if the service was to my satisfaction, and if there was anything else they could do for me by Calvin Turner, and Chase. I was most satifisfied and from that day forward im a customer for life of JC Lewis Ford, and their service team. Ford for life! More
While vacationing in Savannah the ABS system on my Ford Escape Hybrid malfunctioned. Larry was able to obtain the part and have my vehicle repaired in an afternoon. I was ready to walk out the first 5 minutes after meeting the sales manager. His flippant comment when I pointed out there was no law that said I had to pay the document fee invoked a response from him that the sales manager. This was however the truck my husband wanted, a Toyota Tacoma which needed a couple small things done to it. We wrote out the check for the entire amount of the truck fully expecting that the work would be completed by the following Monday as was promised. (This was Friday night 12/9). On Monday my husband was told the truck would be ready on Friday (12/16). When he called Thursday he was told the part had not even been ordered and no one know when it would be ready. The reason for the delay he was told was because of the Tsunami, 2 years ago. They certainly didn't have a problem putting the check into clear. It's a shame they can't move that fast for their customers. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. More
My air conditioning has been giving me trouble the last few weeks. I took the car to JC Lewis Ford to see about having the air conditioning system looked at and also to have a battery replaced. They replaced the battery (charing me a $20 installation charge that they never mentioned in their price quote). I also had a blinker light replaced for $18 which is outrageous. For ~$94 they looked at my air conditioner and determined I needed a whole new system (stating my compressor was bad and that some tube to the air conditioner was plugged up) and that the estimated cost would be $1800. To their credit, when I complained about the costs of the services I had done on the car, they lowered the charge to look at the air conditioner by half. When I inquired about lowering the cost of their estimate for replacing the air conditioning they said they could reduce it by a little. I took the car to another location and the air conditioning estimate is ~$800. Less than half the cost of JC Lewis Ford. More

Once we expressed interest in the vehicle, Mr. Barr was helpful in providing all the information needed, working with his sales manager and general manager to get us the best deal, and working to satisfy helpful in providing all the information needed, working with his sales manager and general manager to get us the best deal, and working to satisfy our special needs of a tail gate with a step by bringing in another vehicle for exchange. The sales manager and the general manager also called to help ensure we were getting what was needed in our purchasing of the vehicle. James's friendly, positive attitude in working to get us the best price and quality of getting all the necessary items needed on our truck was the reason we made a deal with James at J.C. Lewis Ford.
