The showroom was immaculate, and the overall experience was conducted in a comfortable and accommodating environment. The employees that I worked with stayed 2 hours past closing time in order to complete the transaction, happily and without any feeling of trying to rush through the process. I am very satisfied with the service provided by JC Lewis Ford, with the vehicle that I purchased and with the follow-up contact phone calls and emails, etc, that I have received.
