My experience with JC Lewis Ford was great. James Godwin certainly made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door. This was my first time going through the process of buying a car alone and certainly made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door. This was my first time going through the process of buying a car alone and he was courteous and adept at explaining all of the features of the Explorer I purchased. JC Lewis Ford also worked hard to meet my needs in regards to price. I feel that we have established a relationship and I look forward to purchasing more cars in the future. More
I purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta from J. C. Lewis Ford on Saturday. The sales people, Peter Hershey, and Jim Rein, were very friendly and helpful. Mr. Welch made the transacation very pleasant. I came in wanting to do what turned out to a complex transaction. I had leased a 2013 Fusion Titanium on a low mileage 2 year lease in May. I also owned a 2011 Toyota Tacoma quad cab pickup that was p transaction. I had leased a 2013 Fusion Titanium on a low mileage 2 year lease in May. I also owned a 2011 Toyota Tacoma quad cab pickup that was paid for. I had fallen in love with the Fusion and didn't use the truck much, so I inquired about trading in the truck and converting the lease into a sale. (Part of the objective was to lower my monthly payments). This turned out to not work financially because of lease termination charges). Then creativity at the dealership kicked in and they worked out a deal where I would trade in the truck, trade in the 2013 Fusion, pay off the lease termination fees, and put me into a 2014 Fusion Titanium hybrid on a 3 year higher mileage lease with a net payment reduction of about $120/month. Kudo's to Mr. Godwin, Mr. Bonorato and the sales manager involved for putting in the effort to come out with a very creative solution at a time when the dealership was very busy. More

This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Peter Hershey and J. C. Lewis Ford. I am certain the sixth will be from Peter as well. I have always received clear information and excellent service from this team. I used to dread the car buying experience. Now, I just schedule a day when I am ready and go see Peter. I am always amazed at how long it takes to buy a car, but it is one of life's larger purchases. Today's cars offer a wide array of options and Peter was great to walk me through the process to get the car with the right fit for me. I am now into the second week of driving it and am enjoying the new features. My previous Ford was an Escape Hybrid that I very much enjoyed. The new car is a 2014 Explorer XLT. The Sync touch package is great for hands free control of phone, stereo etc. Peter's desk is cluttered with a lot of ongoing work and his top salesman awards are gathering dust in the corner. I think that says a lot about his approach to the business. Thanks, Peter. More
First I want to say that Bruce Rseman did an excellent job in obtaining the vehicle I was looking for! The Jeep Compass was in excellent shape and what I was really, really looking for. My daughter really job in obtaining the vehicle I was looking for! The Jeep Compass was in excellent shape and what I was really, really looking for. My daughter really wanted a Compass who's at UGA. The paperwork went well as well as the finance. Mr. Welch who did the paperwork was excellent as anybody that work with paperwork especially car dealership. We were happy with the vehicle but we have ran into problems. As promise there was only one key and Bruce insure us that he will call the previous owner to see if they had the key which they did not. Bruce then told me to come back and he'll make it happen for the spare key which he did. I was real happy with that. Then there was some thing wrong with the front left brake or sound like it.. We took it to Hinesville Ford who looked at it and told us it was going to be $100.00 for our deductible since we bought the extended warranty. The service person came back and told me that it was going to cost about $350.00 to fix the problem. I was pretty upset but I was in a time crunch because I needed the car by this weekend because our daughter was coming home for the holiday weekend and pick up the car and return our other car. I told that person go ahead and fix the problem. I went home and called Bruce Rseman. He instructed me to stop what I was doing and he will sent a tow truck to pick up the car and bring it back to J C Lewis and fix the problem. I then instructed Hinesville Ford to stop what they were doing but the Service manager told me that it's going to cost I believe $47.50. because they had a tech. look at it an placed a diagnostic machine on it also. I pay the $47.50 and Bruce insure me that I should get reimburse. I then told the service manage the tow truck will be there to pick it up in the morning. Well as of 1200 hrs today it's still sitting at Hinesville Ford, and patiently waiting. Could you please update me as soon as possible. Everybody at JC Lewis as well as Hinesville Ford has helpful in trying to rectify the problem but I need an Up date as soon as possible please! More

They always answered our questions to the fullest, and very professionally yet friendly! The dealership itself is very inviting, with a wide range of vehicles to choose from!
