Service center has always been great. Very friendly and always gets the oil changed in a very reasonable amount of time. Recently my husband was involved in an accident. His truck was totaled as a result. Living in the country we needed a vehicle that could be used for light hauling etc. We had heard from other family m truck was totaled as a result. We went to look and the selections were plentiful. Met David Capote and explained our needs. He immediately showed us several options that he felt would fit our needs. Once we test drove the Ford Escape he had shown us our decision was easy. Buying a used vehicle you want to be sure that your dealer is going to stand behind your purchase and that their service department is going to give you a fair price when needed. We had heard J.C. Lewis's Service Dept. was the place to go. Once we made our choice David introduced us to Joe Welch to complete the deal. Joe explained everything to us step by step and also explained the option packages available. We would highly recommend J.C. Lewis Ford to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle. I made an appointment with the Service Department for my first-ever service call for my new Ford C-Max; when I arrived at the appointed time, the staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. I even ran into m first-ever service call for my new Ford C-Max; when I arrived at the appointed time, the staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. I even ran into my Salesman, David McCalla, who was also very friendly--even fixed a problem I was having with my personal I-Pad while I was waiting for my service to be completed. The waiting room provided to me while my service work was being performed was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The service work was performed within the time estimated by the very nice lady who handled my appointment. The entire service experience was positive, prompt, comfortable and well organized at a price I thought was very reasonable. And, I love our new C-Max!! Stan Thornton More

My son was getting ready to from college to come home for Thanksgiving. When he went to get his tail light fixed at the local Ford dealership he found out his trunk latch was broken so the tail light could Thanksgiving. When he went to get his tail light fixed at the local Ford dealership he found out his trunk latch was broken so the tail light could not be replace without fixing the trunk, too. He did not have the time or money to get the work done. When he arrived home, I called J.C. Lewis Ford and spoke with Mr. Barry Drummond in the service department. I provided Barry with the part number for the needed latch and he let me know it was indeed available. We scheduled to get the car in on Friday. Barry was kind enough to wave the diagnostic fee since we had already had the problem diagnosed and on top of that, was able to give us at 10% discount (in the spirit of Thanksgiving)! I greatly appreciated Mr. Drummonds care and concern for our situation (a very expensive bulb change). He went out of his way to take great care of us and our vehicle. There is so much to be said for nice, friendly service! Thank you so very much, Mr. Drummond! More
