Since 2012, I've witnessed this sales and service staff buy into the concept of customer appreciation. The effort by the entire staff of JC Lewis Ford, management, sales, finance,and service, is absolutely at the top of the game. At no point during my visit, whether it be service, my purchases or being there with my daughter during the purchase of her first new car, have I ever felt NOT appreciated. The entire team, in my experiences, have been over the top great. More

I was able to make my appointment on JC Lewis' website very easily. When I arrived the day of the appointment, I was met quickly and efficiently by Darryl. Services were performed while I waited and completed rapidly. The entire process took ~ one hour and all went well. I feel very confident in letting JC Lewis work on my vehicle. More
Limited Edition I dropped in to find out about the Eco-boost Engine. I had a 2008 Limited Edition F-150 that was not very fuel efficient. After talking to Larry Morse I dropped in to find out about the Eco-boost Engine. I had a 2008 Limited Edition F-150 that was not very fuel efficient. After talking to Larry Morse and test driving the 2014 Limited Edition F-150 with Eco-boost, I was sold. I got a HUGE trade in allowance, discounts, the APR I wanted, and payments I could afford. Thanks Larry your the best!!! More
I stopped in from out of town with an overheating problem with my pick up. They looked at it promptly, which was great because I had to leave town the next day. After a couple of hours or more troubleshooting, they could not pinpoint a problem, other than I had been towing a trailer. My return trip of over 1000 miles went trouble free. They were kind enough to not charge for the service even though I tried to pay. The service and help were fantastic! More
We had a very good experience purchasing a new Explorer. I was extremely impressed with the quality in the new Ford products and their technology is superior to the competition. Our salesperson, David Ditma I was extremely impressed with the quality in the new Ford products and their technology is superior to the competition. Our salesperson, David Ditman , was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Explorer, provided a great overview of the car's capabilities/features and answered all our questions. My biggest concern was dealing with my existing vehicle but this was handled in a very efficient and acceptable manner. Arriving at a final deal was quick, easy and painless. If you are looking for a "no hassle" buying experience I would strongly recommend J. C. Lewis Ford. More

Worst attempted car buying experience ever! I saw an explorer online so I called the dealership and spoke with John Mikret to get some questions about the vehicle answered since I live seven hours away. explorer online so I called the dealership and spoke with John Mikret to get some questions about the vehicle answered since I live seven hours away. While I was waiting on his phone call back I did the pre-approval through my credit union and they sent my information to the dealership. I received a phone call from a different sales person Emily who had gotten my info from the credit union. She went to find out the same information I asked John. After 24 hours from my initial contact I finally got my questions answered and asked for a price quote from Emily. The quote I received was wrong with additional charges added, upping the price. I contacted Emily to get the price quote corrected to send to my credit union at around 1 pm. I was assured it would be fixed and sent to me. I didn't receive a response from that point on. I called numerous times and just received voice mails. I even had my son go by the dealership since he stills lives there and look at the car and to tell them to give me a call, to no avail. I made a final call at closing time and talked to a Mike who worked in new cars and was told to just drive down and they should fix everything while you are on the way. I declined and asked for him to have a manager call me first thing in the morning since one was not available. So on the third day of trying to buy this car from them I call again 30 minutes after they open and finally get to talk to a manager, Jim, since I was getting all of the run around who tells me the car was just sold last night, but wait he has a more expensive one with less options and more miles available.
