Customer Service was outstanding I just want to say that I had my car towed to Ford because the battery I thought had died going through my warranty they called Out Bluewater Towing. I just want to say that I had my car towed to Ford because the battery I thought had died going through my warranty they called Out Bluewater Towing. Somehow during the tow my car had acquired grease marks in my car. After contacting Bluewater towing and they refusing to do anything about it I wrote an email to Mgr at JC Lewis Ford about not using Bluewater ever again and the reason for it cause my warranty came with the towing. Mike Offer replied back to me immediately and took care of the situation at hand that I was upset about. I have bought all my cars from there in the last 14 yrs and will continue to do so just because of the outstanding customer service I have received. Chase in the svc dept went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly while there on numerous occasions. Thanks so much for the outstanding customer service. Its not often that you come across exceptional customer so when that does happen I like to make sure they are recognized. More

Unsatisfied Service Performed on Escape On May 27th I had a 9am appointment to have my Ford Escape serviced. I checked oil level on June 1st and found that it was more than a quart low, jus On May 27th I had a 9am appointment to have my Ford Escape serviced. I checked oil level on June 1st and found that it was more than a quart low, just touching the bottom of the dip stick. If I had not checked the oil level in this car, after being serviced at JC Lewis, my engine could have been ruined. There is no way you would have taken responsibility for your oversight. This car will be returned to the dealership on June 2nd to have the adequate oil level added. This was unsatisfactory and shotty workmanship that could have caused major damage to my vehicle. More

He has always given me great service and fair pricing, I always did much research before buying, he has become a good friend. I have always had all my service done at J C Lewis. Although the service reps have changed over time the service has always been of great quality. My most recent service was this last week. Barbara Battista was my rep. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure I got all the discounts I qualified for. Over the years there were only two time that I had problems that were either out of warranty or not covered by warranty, Michael Offer the General Manager always helped by making pricing adjustments to make me happy. I would definitely recommend Ford and J C Lewis Ford to anyone. More

They determined the alternator was in need of replacement. The one they had obtained was not working properly, so they overnighted a brand new one. Chase kept us informed of the above and the Ford was fixed the next day. More

recall not fixed I brought my 1997 F150 truck into the dealer to fix a serious recall issue that made my truck vulnerable to under hood fires. I received a call this morning from Darryl that THE RECALL REPLACEMENT FIX HAD NOT BEEN DONE! This was the ONLY reason I brought my truck there... I had the oil change done as it was convenient to do while the truck was there. I THANK Darryl for calling back when he realized the fix wasn't done and I will get a "free" oil change coupon - but I find it totally negligent and potentially dangerous that the recall fix was not done when that was WHY I drove the truck way out there in the first place. More
Excellent Customer Service I took my 2013 Ford Edge into J.C. Lewis for serive on the front passanger suspension. Dontae was my service rep and took excellent care of me. I had a very short wait before I was put into a rental car thru enterprise. The staff was very friendly to me. MY car was repaired within one day after dropping it off. Super fast service and excellent customer service! Plus my car was still under warranty and I had no charge for the service! Thanks again Dontae you REALLY took care of me! More
