I never once had this feeling from J.C Lewis Ford. The minute I arrived at the dealership to check on a used vehicle I had seen online I was greeted by Bruce Roseman and from that minute on I knew this would be a great experience. I let him know that this would be an easy deal with our pre-approval and he ran with it from there. We talked with Mr. Joe Welch who was very accommodating to myself and my family which was very important to me as a customer. After getting the details hashed out we sat down with the finance department and that is where Mr. Greg Roberts took over. He reminded me about some things that I had forgotten in the car buying process which was a tremendous help before the loan was final. After all was said and done we left with our nicely used 2014 Honda Accord Sport and we could not have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience! Thanks for everything! More
