I took in my BMW for body repairs after an accident. At first the guys at the body shop were very nice and seemed to get the work done quickly and well. They repaired the car most of the way and suggested that I go to BMW for the rest of the repairs. After taking the car to BMW, the BMW repair shop pointed out to me all of the faults that Rozier Ford had done with the parts that they had fixed. They had also ground my power steering hose connector to the point that it was no longer functioning. I did get my money back for the part, but I had to do all the work to repair the part (which was over 10 labor hours and very difficult work due to its location near the radiator). Now it has been almost 11 months later and I am still having issues. I was doing maintenance in the area they had worked on (Front driver side damage) and when I took the headlight out, I discovered that they didn't even bother to bolt the headlight in. It was just sitting on the bottom trim piece, which was also missing parts. There are supposed to be 4 plastic tabs on it, and it ended up that 2 were missing. I also discovered that the headlight they installed was missing the turn signal tab housing which was allowing my left turn signal to float around. They also installed my drivers fender incorrectly and now there is a 1/4 inch gap between the hood and the fender. (It is obvious on the other side that it is supposed to be seamless) In addition to this, the headlight they installed was faulty. It was missing the adjuster clips that adjust the headlights (AKA aiming). Because the clips were missing, the whole time I have been driving my lights have been bouncing up and down, left and right and not providing me with adequate light to see at night. The headlight weather strip was also missing 3 of the 5 tabs and was very worn out and useless. It crumbled as I tried to remove it from the car. I am sure that there are other things as well that I have forgotten, but this pretty much sums up my experience. More

I went to Rozier to test drive a vehicle with all intentions of purchasing out of town, and met Jim Mock. He came out to greet me and I thought "Here goes the sugar sweet sales pitch", and was pleas intentions of purchasing out of town, and met Jim Mock. He came out to greet me and I thought "Here goes the sugar sweet sales pitch", and was pleasantly surprised. I was a little ticked at first that he was going over EVERY option the car had and explaining how it works because I had no intention of buying from them. Then I got to thinking, this isn't just any car salesman, this guy really knows what he is talking about and not spouting off what is in the sales brochures. I was really comfortable with him and happy with the effort he put into making this sale as smooth and easy as possible. I would recommend you go by and see him if you are in the market for a new vehicle! More

Great service and was able to get all the paperwork completed and into a new vehicle within a few hours. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Rozier Ford within the past several months and lo completed and into a new vehicle within a few hours. A couple weeks ago I went into Rozier Ford for service and started looking around the lot entertaining the idea of a used truck. Jim Mock approached me and instead of trying to sell me whatever he could g and started looking around the lot entertaining the idea of a used truck. Jim Mock approached me and instead of trying to sell me whatever he could get me into, he asked the most important question. "What do you need in a truck?" Once he knew what I was looking for, he presented the right truck for me and met me at an acceptable price. He was able to obtain the owner's manual for me in a couple of days, but is still trying to find the headphones and remote for the factory dvd player. Overall, it was a very good experience and Jim Mock is a much appreciated new breed of salesman. More
I have purchased 3 cars from Rozier in the past. A Ford escape, a lincoln MKX 2007 and most recently a Lincoln MKX 2010, loaded. I have been satisified with the ford products. But most of all was the help of the staff and others there at Rosier Ford. I have nothng but praise for them. When I totaled my 2007, they helped me file my gap clain and also found me another vehicle, the 2010 (which BTW I love) and my car payment only went up $25.00. I also have my vehicle(s)serviced there as well as they have a complete HX of the maintaince on my cars. More
