The service department is definitely improving. Grateful for the loaner vehicle they provided while my car was worked on for the factory recall. Though a little disappointed that there was an error when putting the engine back together so I had to give them back my car for another 5 days, and the amount of time I had to spend towing it back to the dealership. But so far seems to be working well and no issues. The dealership has been very accounting, which is great. And staff not supportive and helpful! Still just disappointed with Kia company and now another 2 more recalls on this car. More

Slow in scheduling the safety recall due to KIA inspection requirements but after the parts were received, work was completed fast and very satisfied with the results. Service was very good. My experience at this dealership started out well. I purchased a beautiful car and was very happy until I needed to bring the car in for a dent I sustained from a trucks tire. When I brought in the ca I purchased a beautiful car and was very happy until I needed to bring the car in for a dent I sustained from a trucks tire. When I brought in the car all of a sudden I didn’t have the dent warranty I believed to have purchased. They told me they would have the financial advisor reach out and go over the terms of the purchase but I have not heard back. When leaving the dealership they made sure they didn’t forget to give me the answers they wanted me to use for their survey. Basically, they wanted me to give them 100% and tried guilting me saying any review that wasn’t at 100% would only reflect on the compensation of the sales attendant. They literally printed out a version of the survey with the highlighted answers I was to select. Overall, this dealership is not as it seems and are only interested in receiving fake reviews/rating in stead of receiving genuine feedback and learning how to improve on their shortcomings and becoming a great dealership. More
