Really enjoyed working with the staff. Very friendly and kind. Glad to finally get in and get the additional accessories on my vehicle that I wanted. Very clean area. Only issue is the chairs are a bit odd with so many low backed chairs, why no higher chairs, especially if coming and waiting for 3-5 hours for a service? I live too far away to get a ride home. Dealers and sellers were nice too. Answered all my questions, and what they didn’t know, which seemed a bit more than I’d expect for selling such an expensive vehicle, they found answers on. Working with the staff to purchase the vehicle was nice. Just surprised they didn’t know as much as I’d expect for selling a product and how all the buttons work and what they do, or being aware of their actual inventory. But again did really well finding the answers to my questions and finding the Kia accessories that I wanted with the vehicle. Very happy with that. Only gripe is that the cross bars were all scratched on one side of the vehicle, which shouldn’t be the case on a brand new vehicle and maybe should’ve been changed out with new products. I didn’t like being told it was an installation issue, and hard for them to get on. Once reading the instructions on how to put the crossbars on the roof rack, that actually shouldn’t have been scratched where they were from installation. Makes no sense. More
