I had taken my Kia Sorento to 2 dealerships to find out why when vehicle is locked with fob it no longer "chirps". This was a short lived fixed, after the software recall done and stopped shortly afterward why when vehicle is locked with fob it no longer "chirps". This was a short lived fixed, after the software recall done and stopped shortly afterwards. I had taken it to Kia Bowie to fix and all they did was disconnect the battery without pulling my car into a bay or even performing any type of diagnostics to find out the issue. After all, I contacted Jeremy, at J.B.A, and he was very helpful and got me an appointment within 2 days. Within 5 seconds of my car being serviced, they were able to diagnose the problem and determine a "temporary" fix until the replacement part is ordered. The level of quality and great service of the team at J.B.A. has changed my experience with Kia service. I will take the 30 min. drive to J.B.A. as they make you feel like you are "part of the family." Thank you Jeremy, Tracy, and the entire service team for such a great experience. More
This was a Great experience, the staff was very helpful and nice! The wait area has a great work space for me to work out of while I waited.
