Earlier in the day, I started at KIA in Bowie and was not impressed with their fleet or the saleslady they connected me with. All of the sales people we dealt with were good, starting with Brandon who consulted with Jason to find our car and reserve it,, and ending with JT, who clearly explained all of its features when it came in. with Brandon who consulted with Jason to find our car and reserve it,, and ending with JT, who clearly explained all of its features when it came in. JT is cordial, professional and very patient, all important qualities for his position, I think. We have already shared our positive experience at JBA with several of our friends, including the no nonsense sticker pricing. Our only disappointment was how long we had to wait to sign the papers, as we paid cash but had to wait in queue behind customers who were financing, so were at the dealership for over 2 hours on pick up day.
