We were already in the Kia family with a sportage, and we were looking for a new second car. We looked at other makes, but nothing compares to what you get for the price with a Kia. We went to JBA Kia becaus were looking for a new second car. We looked at other makes, but nothing compares to what you get for the price with a Kia. We went to JBA Kia because it is close to home, not too mention its a new dealership!! Taking our vehicles in for maintenance without having to drive 45 min is nice. The salesman was great, he gave us our space to look, and was there when we were ready so we didn't feel pressured at all. From beginning to end we were there maybe 2 or 3 hours at the most. We would highly recommend this dealership and Kia!!! More
I had a flawless out-of-state purchasing experience that became strangely complicated and troubling due to an unusual delivery problem (having nothing to do with JBA). Randy was so responsive and sent me everything I asked for, including videos of the outside and inside of my vehicle. Two managers followed up with me and everyone was always helpful. More

- According to the paperwork, the wrong weight oil was used for the oil change. - Tire pressure was not checked properly. One tire is 7 pounds under inflated from the other three. - Was given "lip servi used for the oil change. - Tire pressure was not checked properly.
