I did not purchase my car from JBA but the salesman was extremely accommodating and patient when he familiarized me with many aspects of the car. Sal was very friendly and all round nice guy to deal with. Sal should get a raise!! My experience with Sal was great. I would remmend all my friends to him. I have bought my last 5 cars from here and honestly I don't trust any other dealer besides JBA. They are honest, delivery on time, and the process is smooth. I recently purchased a used car from JBA and as a college grad buyer - I was scared. Steve helped me with the process and made sure I was comfortable thought the whole deal. JBA and their sales associates are super-friendly and weren't "pushy" like other dealerships i.e. CarMax. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Great experience. I shopped all the infiniti dealerships within a 50 mile radius and JBA gave me the best price. I felt very comfortable with dealing with them and felt like the GM, Dan was a straight forw within a 50 mile radius and JBA gave me the best price. Sales person wasn't interested in me at all. After 1-2 minutes test drive on some streets around dealership (not even close to highway) when i asked if we can go drive on rt. 29 he said 'go back to dealer minutes test drive on some streets around dealership (not even close to highway) when i asked if we can go drive on rt. 29 he said 'go back to dealership, management doesn't want to put miles on new cars'. unbelievable test drive experience. will never go back. i really liked how BMW dealership treated me over this infiniti, and going there to buy a BMW coupe. During my car search, this dealer offered the best price in the VA-DC-MD area. Reasons for the "4" ratings: - Didn't return phone calls that promptly and I had to call back multiple times. - Had to star in the VA-DC-MD area. Reasons for the "4" ratings: - Didn't return phone calls that promptly and I had to call back multiple times. - Had to start walking out of the dealership before they dropped some silly fees. - Made some promises that ended up not working out. Even though these negative aspects were annoying, the car was worth it and my overall experience with the dealer was good. More
