This is the second time that I have had my oil changed and my tires were not rotated or the pressure checked. This is my own fault for not checking before I left the dealership, but I shouldn't have too. and my tires were not rotated or the pressure checked. If this is included in a regular oil change and all fluids/brakes etc. are supposed to checked, what else was overlooked or just ignored. More

Overall I enjoy the A1 service here. I am just extremely disappointed for charges associated with the well known transmission issues that I feel should be absorbed by the dealership. I did get a price break after arguing my point and expressing I've been a faithful Chevy purchaser for over 20 years. I know the dealership itself is restricted as to what they can do. I would actually give them 5 stars if I wasn't dealing with the crappy transmission. More
