Schedule an appointment to have oil change and brakes done. Dropped my truck off at 9:30am and was told I would receive a phone call for cost on brakes shortly. I asked if brakes would get done that day done. Dropped my truck off at 9:30am and was told I would receive a phone call for cost on brakes shortly. After waiting all day I called at 4pm to check on my brakes to find out nothing was done and then was put on hold so they could give me a price. Then after they gave me my price they told me I would have to reschedule for next week. Going to J.B.A. for oil changes are ok but don’t go for anything else. Rip off price and terrible service. More
The service was quick, but that was about the only positive aspect of my visit. The service did not seem to be efficient. Two lights were left on after my oil change, so I had to return to dealership. Even after someone came out to fix it, one light was STILL on, and someone had to come out again. He referenced a new tech, but still his work needs to be checked by a supervisor, in my opinion. Also, 2 months later some fluids in my vehicle have been depleted, which makes me think my fluids were topped off, even though they were supposed to be. More

This was my first appointment and everything went smoothly except for the loss of power due to an accident nearby, which had nothing to do with the dealership.
