Awesome Experience I initially went into the dealership on a Saturday to find out how I could get on my car for a trade and was a surprised when the young man sent me to I initially went into the dealership on a Saturday to find out how I could get on my car for a trade and was a surprised when the young man sent me to get my own appraisal after I explain explained to him my intent was to purchase a new car. I met Curt in the used are department who got the appraisal and told when I return to ask for Rocky. I returned Tuesday evening and walked out with a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. My experience on Tuesday evening was 110% better than Saturday and that's why I brought a car that evening. I am happy so far with my Equinox. I would recommend JBA Chevrolet and Rocky. More

Great customer service! I purchased my vehicle here and I just had my oil changed here, after a bad experience down the street at Pep Boys. JBA staff are helpful & nice. I ca I purchased my vehicle here and I just had my oil changed here, after a bad experience down the street at Pep Boys. JBA staff are helpful & nice. I called to ask about an oil change and I was told there were no more appts but I could walk in. I waited a little over an hour. But it was well worth it & I had the option to have the courtesy shuttle take me home. They have a play area, 2 the, and free drinks for customers waiting. I will def be back ! They are 1000% above the rest! And cheaper ! Def got my money's worth! More
