Good people in the service department! While heading back to Virginia Beach from Rapid City, our air conditioning quit blowing air. We found Iverson on the Internet and headed their way. It While heading back to Virginia Beach from Rapid City, our air conditioning quit blowing air. We found Iverson on the Internet and headed their way. It was 4:00 on a Friday when we arrived. We explained to Kurt, service manager, how we were heading home and trying to get to Des Moines for the night. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Thankfully all my Jeep needed was an upgrade and we were able to hit the road again in 45 minutes! Kurt could have blown us off and we would have had to travel in Juky with no air conditioning. Thank you Iverson and Kurt & crew for being good people! More
