Good but could be better The person they sent to pick up my vehicle for service took the keys from me then went out to try to find my vehicle. They then came back in 10 minut The person they sent to pick up my vehicle for service took the keys from me then went out to try to find my vehicle. They then came back in 10 minutes later and asked what vehicle they were picking up. Shouldn't they know that before they arrive to pick up a customers vehicle? Better communication would be great as well. If you will have a customers vehicle all day a loaner car would be nice so I am able to leave work for lunch. And if you know that I get off work at 5pm, if my vehicle hasn't been returned to me by that time at least give me a call and let me know if it will be done or not. More

Excellent & Honest Service I contacted around 8 different dealerships and dealers in regards to finding exactly what I wanted, which was a new 2017 or used 2016 Toyota Rav4. Wit I contacted around 8 different dealerships and dealers in regards to finding exactly what I wanted, which was a new 2017 or used 2016 Toyota Rav4. With Iverson Chrysler, I felt like I was talking with another consumer, rather than a dealer. As soon as we arrived, we were able to test drive the Rav4 and talk logistics upon getting back to the dealership. From there, Jordan was the most honest sales person I have spoken to in a long time, which was very refreshing! Iverson Chrysler was also willing to work with me based on the trade-in value of my previous vehicle and financing options. All in all, I would HIGHTLY recommend going to this dealership if you're looking for a new vehicle. More
