I set up an appt with Mike over the phone for 10 A,M, on 2/26/21 I was greeted at the door and Matt explained how the process worked. He gave me an introduction to the service lounge. Several times during the service process, Mike and/or Matt came out and explained the status of my vehicle. I was sent a video of the inspection of my vehicle, which I thought was a rather ingenious idea. When my vehicle was finished, my vehicle was delivered back to me washed and even included tire shine. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only thing that concerned me was that when I received the bill, I noticed that I was charged $ 139 just to inform me that the noise that I heard in the drivers front was a bad CV axle. No repairs were made. CV boot torn/axle bad recommend replace. Just seemed a little pricey for a couple minutes of work. More

This is where you should buy or service your car Geoff Isringhausen and his staff are by far the most competent, most efficient, most friendly, most customer-oriented car dealership I have ever set f Geoff Isringhausen and his staff are by far the most competent, most efficient, most friendly, most customer-oriented car dealership I have ever set foot in and had the absolutely pleasure to work with. No, I didn't even buy my MB from them but they went out of their way to take care of my car issue and did it will such ease and professionalism I can't stop gushing over it. I then talked to several people later that day who said the same thing about this dealership. They are doing it right. Is it no wonder, people from all over the United States buy their cars from them again and again an again. And people LOVE their service. Anthony Holgren, their Service Mgr for MB and Porsche is top notch. He is a hands on, get it done, make sure you are happy, trustworthy guy. Ladies, do not hesitate to go to this dealership. They treat you with professionalism and respect, not as is you don't know anything like many car dealerships. I will be back to this car dealership for service and any future purchases. They are the example for all other car dealerships to emulate. It is just plain impressive!!! More

They go out of their way to make sure you know what needs to be done now, and what can wait so you don't worry about them "running up your bill" just to do so. And when they tell you your car will ready at a set time, they mean it and it is. From scheduling service times to you leaving they keep you informed every step of the way and make sure you understand what they are doing and their work is of the highest quality. Their staff knows their products and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied when you leave. Customer service that is rarely found We just had our Volvo repaired at Isringhausen. This was our first repair experience, and of course we were interested to see how it would go. It wa We just had our Volvo repaired at Isringhausen. This was our first repair experience, and of course we were interested to see how it would go. It was great! The issue with the car was diagnosed and a part had to be ordered. It arrived as predicted and we were given a loaner to drive overnight while the repair was made - we live more than 60 miles from the dealer. We had been told the price of the repair and that was the price paid. During our discussion previous to the repair, we asked that another issue that had been reported as needing repaired by a competing dealer be repaired at the same time. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were told that the second repair was not necessary, so nothing was done. How many dealers would do that? More

Excellent Dealership I bought my Volvo from the prior dealership and learned that Isringhausen was the new dealer.
