The service we have received in the past has been disappointing. Our current service experience left us with doubts about the response we received regarding a series of warning lights appearing on th disappointing. Our current service experience left us with doubts about the response we received regarding a series of warning lights appearing on the dashboard display, followed by some erratic performance of our car. Initially we were told to bring our car in but it was not possible to deal with this problem for a week. After the car stranded my wife we seemed to have the dealers attention. However, they seem perplexed by the problem and to this date they have not managed to fix whatever is wrong with our car. This problem was not assessed well at the beginning as the service department dismissed any potential seriousness of the problem. The combination of delay and uncertainty has left us without a solution and without our car for nearly two weeks. We are hoping for a solution to this problem in the next day or two. More
