After several visits to our local dealer (MB, Volvo, Audi) and basically no satisfaction, we cold called Isringhausen on a trip back from St. Louis. We were immediately impressed with the professional image we saw and met with Mike Carver to discuss options. We returned a few weeks later to test drive MB, BMW and Volvo models. Mike had asked if we would want to test a Cayenne and after initially declining, decided "why not." Suffice to say we were impressed and ultimately bought a year old CPO Cayenne. Mike was the epitome of patience and never pushed on any vehicle but was obviously sincerely interested in finding the best car for us. We have heard the Isringhausen tradition of service and fully anticipate that it will match the positive experience we have had in sales. If not, further reviews will follow!!!! More

Worked with Brain Mitchell recently with purchase of new MB who is very knowledgeable and attentive to details. As a purchaser we always want a better deal, but I feel very satisfied we reached a mutually agreeable deal and further Brian went above and beyond by helping transition my old car to a private purchaser (better for me) who came along at the eleventh hour! Brian (Luke, Anies) were kind enough to store my car a few days while the purchaser arranged for transportation out of state. I am totally delighted with my new car and would highly recommend Brain if you are looking for a MB.........and Dave Heimlich too on BMW side......great team and Isringhausen. More

The X3 is not our first BMW but our history with BMWs over the years (4 other 3 series cars) made the decision pretty easy. While we have not had very much contact with service the little we have had is impressive. Very personal and efficient contact with Service Adviser, Jeremy. The vehicle had everything and then some for what we wanted. Price & warranty and top dollar for our trade-in. It was just a great experience with purchasing this vehicle and we couldn't have been happier with the way everything was done for us. They want to charge you NEW prices for USED cars... I was looking to purchase a 2014 4 Series BMW. I found one I liked at Isringhausen BMW. It was listed under NEW cars. It turns out that the followi I was looking to purchase a 2014 4 Series BMW. I found one I liked at Isringhausen BMW. It was listed under NEW cars. It turns out that the following is the correct information. It has been titled 1 year ago. The factory warranty has been running for 1 year. It had almost 3,000 miles on it. Now they are haggling the price with me and they START at the NEW MSRP price. They just could not understand why I would not bait. So after 3 weeks, 12 emails and MANY phone calls I had had enough. Needless to say the USED car at Isringhausen is STILL listed on the BMW site for a little over $2,000 off of MSRP. I wonder how long they will have to keep their USED car???? Yesterday I purchased a Brand New 2015 at another dealership and drove away in 3 hours. Needless to say I will NEVER be back to Isringhausen BMW again. And I will warn all I can to avoid this trap. Post Script - 1 The day after I posted this review Jeffery called me. Left a voice mail basically calling me a liar. I sent a physical screenshot of the main BMW web site to show the BMW salesperson what THEIR car was listed at on the web site. Then I received another email from Jeffrey. In this email he told me basically that I was right about the $2,100 off of MSRP listing. And that basically the whole thing was a misunderstanding. They just think that the car is worth MORE than Edmunds, KBB, or NADA list for the USED car price. More
