Customer service that is rarely found We just had our Volvo repaired at Isringhausen. This was our first repair experience, and of course we were interested to see how it would go. It wa We just had our Volvo repaired at Isringhausen. This was our first repair experience, and of course we were interested to see how it would go. It was great! The issue with the car was diagnosed and a part had to be ordered. It arrived as predicted and we were given a loaner to drive overnight while the repair was made - we live more than 60 miles from the dealer. We had been told the price of the repair and that was the price paid. During our discussion previous to the repair, we asked that another issue that had been reported as needing repaired by a competing dealer be repaired at the same time. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were told that the second repair was not necessary, so nothing was done. How many dealers would do that? More
