Within an hour, he had details and a great price for my trade-in. I traveled 1.5 hours to Springfield to see his car and for them to see mine for the first time. There was no change in either values and my test drive was for as long as I wanted even though it did end close to closing time. To complete my finances meant dealing with my credit union in Florida, Sean Oliver was also excellent and pleasant. Even though it was impossible to exchange that night due to their title issue and my financing issue, we all believed, trusted, and communicated with each other. What they said and promised was exactly the way it turned out to be! Of course I now have my C300 and I value the relationship that was developed during this business transaction. All of the personnel I was introduced to during the process were happy and eager to help.
