Brian was very respectful of my schedule and my time. The process was not only stress free but enjoyable. Getting the deal I wanted was easy, breezy. Brian didn't force me to play the back and forth game. I knew the deal I wanted and he really took care of me. The environment and amenities at this dealership are first class. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy working at Isringhausen. This says a lot about a company. Follow up after the sale has impressed me as well. Disappointed Sales team great. Service isn't. Took a week to schedule an oil change. And had to make several calls at that. You call to schedule service. Put on ho Sales team great. Service isn't. Took a week to schedule an oil change. And had to make several calls at that. You call to schedule service. Put on hold. No one picks up. Then voice mail. Call back. Same process. You expect more when you buy a new Porsche. Drop it off. No loaner. It's 8 am. Oil change takes until 5pm. They brag about great service but don't deliver. I am very disappointed! More

Great experience I recently purchased a new BMW 428i convertible from Kent Hill . I have lived in Springfield for over 40 years but this is the first time I made a car I recently purchased a new BMW 428i convertible from Kent Hill . I have lived in Springfield for over 40 years but this is the first time I made a car purchase here. Although Kent mainly sells Porsches he went far beyond what I expected providing me extensive information and driving experience in various makes including Mercedes, Porsche and BMW . He explained each vehicle to me in clear and consice terms which enabled me to make the selection that was best for me. I have purchased over 20 new vehicles in my lifetime from numerous dealers and I have found this car buying experience the very best .
