It is quite obvious Isringhausen has made a concerted effort to hire, train and retain people who have the requisite people skills and knowledge to be in the car business. A special mention goes to Dave Heimlich who is the best salesperson I have ever met. Dave makes the entire car buying process easy and enjoyable which I think is not an easy thing to do. We took delivery of a new car 3/31/17 and Dave has called me three times since then to see if we have any questions about the car. He wants to make sure we are satisfied customers and we are exactly that. More

My Volvo sales consultant Scott Sables knowledge is unmatched. The loaners are convenient and scheduling service is a breeze. Scott took the time to understand my likes and easily identified the model and options that suited my family best. His familiarity with Volvos is only matched by his connection with the customer. The service department and facilities are comfortable. They repaired a molding on my XC60 at no charge. A mechanic shared a known quirk with aftermarket accessories and the service manager called to follow up after every service. Scott maintained communication and took the time to get to know my family. These qualities are rare but not here. The car buying experience at Isringhausen has been a pleasure. More
