I ordered the car in August 2021 and due to issues related to the pandemic and resultant supply chain issues received the car on March 28, 2022. No customer wants to wait that long. The issues were out of the dealerships control but Brad still realized the need to regularly touch base with me as a customer whether he had new information or not or if the information was bad. That’s what the dealership had control over and it cost you nothing but it maintained an excellent relationship with this customer. More
