Den of thieves in the service dept. They charge $150/hr labor and charge a "book rate" which is a worse case scenario 100% of the time. Not to mention a full hourly rate charge to ele They charge $150/hr labor and charge a "book rate" which is a worse case scenario 100% of the time. Not to mention a full hourly rate charge to electronically diagnose a common job that was previously diagnosed and displayed on the dashboard. A back yard mechanic can do the simple tasks in an hour for the job this place supposedly toiled for 4.5 hours. I don't believe for a minute that customers aren't paying full hour rates for staff lunch breaks and/or servicing every other vehicle in the shop. THIEVES. Service manager is unprofessional. Imagine shouting at a customer. Really?? More
