Our buying experience at Isringhausen was superb. Mike Custer, our sales associate, is the best car sales person we have worked with in 40 years of car buying. No high-pressure sales - just tremend Mike Custer, our sales associate, is the best car sales person we have worked with in 40 years of car buying. No high-pressure sales - just tremendous knowledge of the product. After we ordered our Macan, he e-mailed regular updates on the car's production and shipping. If I asked a question, it was answered within 24 hours, usually within the same day. Pricing was fair given today's market - no "additional dealer markup" on the car, no attempt to hide additional profit in unwanted options. The delivery process was extremely smooth; Mark Dresch had the paperwork done and all we had to do was sign. 15 minutes. Because Mike Custer was unavailable, Charlie Gerding completed the delivery process. His knowledge of the car and how to set up the technology for maximum ease of use and driving pleasure was amazing. Would definitely recommend Isringhausen Porsche, and we will undoubtedly buy from them again. Ask for Mike Custer! More
