This was an out of state purchase and I couldn't have had a better experience! First time purchasing a car online sight unseen. Mike provided a detailed video presentation and the finance department was easy to work with along the way. The car arrived in the condition I expected shipped from Illinois to Ohio and the subcontracted driver was amazing. The only reason for not leaving a 5-star is that I recently found a chip in the windshield and took it in for repair only to find out the chip was previously repaired so it couldn't be fixed. I wish I would have known up front about the previous chip as it may have changed the outcome of adding on the windshield protection service add-on I declined when I added on the other services. Needless to say I love my first-ever BMW and convertible and have very much enjoyed the first season driving it! More
