I recntly purchased my BMW at Isringhausen. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated very well. We bought our Mercedes from Geoff Isringhausen and I couldn't be more pleased with both the sale, and the service we recieved today. The also honored our warranty even though they could have argued about it. The pricing they gave us on the car was very fair, and the car was as represented. The dealership promised a number of fixes on a used BMW, but upon delivery, inspection revealed that they had not fixed anything. Beware of these Guys. They have had my car longer then I have. They say things like we will look at your car. Notice they did not say fix. Well I guess they could have painted a picture of it by now. The first week they look at it and tried to fixed many problems. I drove the car 5 miles down the road and one of the sme promblem came right back than another on the way back to the dealership. Wow did they fix it or dod they break it. Well I was promised my car on Monday. Called Clem and he reported that he hasn't even order the parts yet. You guys can do better by going to someone who will give you service. Stuff like a loaner, a call back, A drive with the car after service to see if your happy. I rated them a 5 for Friendliness cause there only to happy to take your money and keep your car for weeks at a time. More
