Excellent first time BMW experience I recently sought out to lease my first BMW. My local dealership wanted to build me a car, but Isringhausen had one already built that was very simil I recently sought out to lease my first BMW. My local dealership wanted to build me a car, but Isringhausen had one already built that was very similar to what I was looking for, so I called them up and even though I live out of state, they worked with me via email and phone to negotiate a price I was comfortable with and walk me through the process (this was my first time leasing a car). Mike Plohr was very responsive in answering my questions and very pleasant and easy to work with. The car was delivered directly to my home on Isringhausen's delivery truck; the delivery process was painless and the car arrived in perfect condition. The driver called me to nail down a delivery time, and delivered it right when he said he would. He even welcomed me "to the Isringhausen family!" Since this was my first BMW, Mike called me later that same day to make sure I didn't have any questions on how to operate the car since he couldn't show me in person! Honestly, this process was so much easier than I was expecting! I would recommend this dealer to anyone - local or out of state! More
